Thanks Tom for your video on navigating the website. You've made it so much easier to follow a course from start to finish and keep up to date with new uploads. I tried out the Advanced Routine 1 yesterday and found it quite challenging with the ever-increasing squats. Mind you, you were puffing and blowing a bit too! Record first, THEN play football. 🀣

Hi Tom and Gareth,

Thank you for the wonderful training videos. The structure from beginner to intermediate is excellent and very easy to follow.

Do you have plans to release advanced-level content soon? For those of us unable to attend your in-person classes, seeing what others our age can achieve is incredibly encouraging and gives us a great goal to aim for.

I'm doing part 4 of six weeks of fitness. I was so sore after doing the exercise on Monday that I wasn't sure if I'd be able to do them on Wednesday, but I persevered and was able to complete the exercises, and I don't feel as sore as I did on Monday.

Guys, can I be honest with you? The exercise routines are great, but the organisation of your site is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Someone needs to sit down for a day and organise all the courses into neat folders to make it easier to navigate.

I’ve been trying to decide where to start but my head is spinning with 20 minutes of this, 30 days of that, Full Body, Endurance, Balance, Move Well, Sweat ……. Please can we just have some folders with complete courses, in numerical order!!
