Hello from Pine Arizona. Retired from 30 years in the film industry. Yes, that's me at a comic con. I also competed in fencing and made the US Veteran Epee team when I was 50 years old. I stopped fencing when covid hit. My strength, balance deteriorated and I hurt all over. I'm 72 years old now. I found this channel and joined. Ive lost 6 pounds and my balance, strength has improved greatly. I even try to go fencing once or twice a month. I would go more but its 2-hour drive from where I live to find a club.
