Hi Andrea thanks for pointing this out, i thought the new release category was visible. But it was hidden. I have put new released videos at the top of the site. The last two are a quick circuit with me (8 mins) and a group video with Gareth.
The new trainer series is coming in a couple of weeks so there will be a whole batch to follow and try!

All of these exercises indirectly strengthen your core, even if it doesn’t seem like they do. Movements like squats, wall presses, and lunges require core engagement for balance and stability, which means your core is working the whole time.
Next week we will be releasing 7 days of sweat which will be primarily focused on fat burning so keep an eye out.
