Hi I would just get a set of 3 different resistant bands from youtube and use the one that suits best. (They are normally sold in sets)

Hi you can screen mirror the app. The Roku smart tv integration was supposed to be finished by February however we have had a few issues which has meant a delay - we are hoping by May we will have full Roku smart TV integration.
