Hi great question ! you can definitely recreate the movements in the pool. However they may not have quite the same benefits working your muscles as the water is effectively taking your weight rather than working against it to create resistance. (I hope that make sense) What is great about the pool work is that it is low impact and is easy on the joints.

Well done, with the wall press try to keep you feet a bit closer to the wall and hopefully that helps. And with the sit to stand have you got a chair with arms that you can use to support yourself when you stand?
