Name - Tom

Location - Based in Chepstow, Wales

Goals - To get as many over 60s as possible to move more and stay independent for as long as possible.

Interesting fact about myself - I have a massive vintage Starwars toy collection. I also buy and sell old toys as a hobby, Starwars, Transformers, He-man (So if you have any let me know :-) )

Hi how is everyone finding navigating the videos on here? (I know a couple have struggled) The app will make it so much easier.
