Hello, I wanted to add my voice to the stories and accolades. I began ElderFit about a year ago—not fully committed. I have now been doing the 6-weeks of fitness for some time. I don’t always go up a week, and I often step back for a day. As Tom always says, “Remember to go at your own pace.” The most dramatic change has been in my balance. My ankles are much stronger and the muscles in my legs have developed. I want to thank you and Garth for creating routines for those of us in the “elder” category. I am a committed lifelong member; Obviously, I’m hoping that will be many more. Take care and be safe, everyone.
