Thanks Tom for your video on navigating the website. You've made it so much easier to follow a course from start to finish and keep up to date with new uploads. I tried out the Advanced Routine 1 yesterday and found it quite challenging with the ever-increasing squats. Mind you, you were puffing and blowing a bit too! Record first, THEN play football. 🤣

Guys, can I be honest with you? The exercise routines are great, but the organisation of your site is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Someone needs to sit down for a day and organise all the courses into neat folders to make it easier to navigate.

I’ve been trying to decide where to start but my head is spinning with 20 minutes of this, 30 days of that, Full Body, Endurance, Balance, Move Well, Sweat ……. Please can we just have some folders with complete courses, in numerical order!!
