Hi! That’s actually completely fine — the main goal of the twist is gentle rotation and mobility, not forcing the arm position 😊

When your arms are held chest-high, it creates more of a balance and core challenge because your upper body has to work harder to stabilise. It also increases how much your upper spine rotates. With your hands on your waist, the movement becomes more stable and controlled, which is likely why you don’t feel dizzy.

The important thing is not to push through dizziness. If the hands-on-waist version feels good, stick with that for now and just keep the movement slow and controlled. Over time you may find you can gradually lift the arms a little higher as your balance and coordination improve.

And well done getting to Day 5 👏 Consistency matters far more than doing every movement perfectly straight away. Getting all 7 days safely is the real win!
