Hi you can screen mirror the app. The Roku smart tv integration was supposed to be finished by February however we have had a few issues which has meant a delay - we are hoping by May we will have full Roku smart TV integration.

I would double check with your doc first. But you should try stretches for the lower back and hips. Most I would use are floor/bed based but I tend not to focus on floor routines - something to think about.
