Hi Dianne when you go to the video or program you want to follow the duration of each video will be in the corner of the video.

Nearly every routine on here is a full body work out with a mix of seated or standing exercises (unless it says otherwise)

I would maybe recommend trying the 5 days of fitness program or the 30 day challenge videos.

You can use the cool down in the playlists.

This challenge is a bit of a trial it is a new initiative that we have just put on so it may take a bit of trial and error to get it working really well !
