I just finished the 7 Day Challenge and my body is looking for a rest. Didn't think I could do an hour but I did. Thank you so much. Look forward to getting back to my shorter routines. Hello Weekend!!!

Started the 7 Day Challenge today. Did Session 1 and 2 since Session 1 was Sunday. They are a challenge. Thank you for the separate cooldown. Always do it after the program exercises. Thank you.

When will the complete Adv 5 be out. Have the floor exercises but looking forward to the complete workout.

2n Q: Are there any exercises to help get rid of the "turkey neck" that seems to come with old age.

Enjoyed the intro to floor routine. Looking forward to next week when it is incorporated into a full routine. My body feels stronger and better balanced doing your routines. Thank you for the advanced routines.  Be blessed.

Thank you for the advanced classes and the separate cooldown. I can tell a difference in my balance and the improved walking. I love being able to mix the advanced classes and the benefit I get. I am so glad I found your classes. Thank you again and be blessed. Loved hearing the rain on your roof the other day.

Wish there was just a "Cool Down" for when I finish a workout like day 2 you are going to class I'm ready for a cool down don't need to warm up again - I am already quite warm. Thanks
