Hi Tom,

Love the membership section, a great variety of exercises.

Curiosity question. Do you get the same benefit of doing the exercises in a pool?

I’m in my pool each morning, have done for a number of years doing certain excises for my back, but about 20 minutes each day.

Now I’m a member of elderfit wondered if I could adapted your exercises and do my hour in the pool.

Location: Redcliffe Western Australia

Goals: To stay healthy, fit and mobile as the years creep up on us. Exercising every day helps me reach this goal. I am 73 years young.

Interest: I do voluntary work in our local senior centre, I work in the office as well as doing all their digital imaging work for our overhead monitors, do all the colorful flyers and are on the committee, I’m vice president. It keeps my mind active and involved in our community.
