My trainer-supervisor also named "Ozzie" ... always does the Elderfit 10 minute before breakfast wake-up workout with me...  Great for getting rid of that early morning stiffness, ready for a longer routine later in the day.  Thanks for such varied and motivating videos!

Hello, I wanted to add my voice to the stories and accolades. I began ElderFit about a year ago—not fully committed. I have now been doing the 6-weeks of fitness for some time. I don’t always go up a week, and I often step back for a day. As Tom always says, “Remember to go at your own pace.” The most dramatic change has been in my balance. My ankles are much stronger and the muscles in my legs have developed. I want to thank you and Garth for creating routines for those of us in the “elder” category. I am a committed lifelong member; Obviously, I’m hoping that will be many more. Take care and be safe, everyone.

We have so much planned for this year’s content: more programs, new challenges, and even some special guest experts we can’t wait to share with you.

Hi Tom,

Love the membership section, a great variety of exercises.

Curiosity question. Do you get the same benefit of doing the exercises in a pool?

I’m in my pool each morning, have done for a number of years doing certain excises for my back, but about 20 minutes each day.

Now I’m a member of elderfit wondered if I could adapted your exercises and do my hour in the pool.
